Rocksteady Studios is looking to add to its family of staff; We are looking for a passionate HR Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join our team on an initial 3 month FTC.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and wider Warner Brothers HR Team, touching on all aspects of the HR administrative remit and employee life cycle.   This is an operational, hands on, heavy administrative role for someone who has a keen eye for detail and the passion to deliver an exceptional daily HR service to the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the staff databases i.e. Workday including request to hire, new starter details, changes to address etc.
  • Manage daily staff attendance, absence and holiday systems
  • Manage the on-boarding, probation periods and off boarding processes – including issuing offer letters, contracts of employment, induction of new starters etc.
  • Manage benefits and supporting staff incentives (in conjunction with WB Benefits team)
  • Ensure the HR function is legally compliant: Maintain, manage and improve the existing HR policies and procedures
  • Support the Senior HRM with the monthly payroll process – including data processing
  • Support the Senior HRM with employee relocations and Visa requests
  • General HR admin support i.e. probation review confirmation, peer reviews, Season Ticket Loan requests
  • Support the Senior HRM in any Employee Relations issues
  • Support the Senior HRM with any additional duties or projects as required i.e. introducing companywide Learning and Development, Performance Management etc.
  • Partner with the US and UK based HR functions of Warner Brothers

Technical Requirements

  • Experience within or a passion for Gaming or Media/Creative/Digital agency experience
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional HR Service to the business
  • Confident to work autonomously (where necessary) with the administrative duties
  • Expert understanding of current legislation and HR compliance
  • Part CIPD Qualified
  • 2+ years’ experience in a heavy HR admin role

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Systems – (preferably Workday)
