Rocksteady Studios is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Recruiter who is ready for the challenge of hiring world class developers for our next AAA title.

Key Responsibilities

You will be joining the recruitment team responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all positions with effective recruitment efforts being conducted through social media, direct sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, industry events and with liason of industry recruitment consultants.


Assist in all aspects of recruitment including: sourcing and booking interviews, conducting studio introductions in face-to-face interviews, distributing weekly status reports, running effective kick-off meetings with Leads in the studio, editing job descriptions and updating applicant tracking systems.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience in the video game or tech/entertainment industries.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and other databases
  • Reach out to and build relationships with potential candidates and serve as their point of contact.
  • Strong working familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyse resumes and determine appropriate matches for vacancies.
  • Effectively screen candidates and assess them for skillset and culture fit.
  • Provide recruiting reports to management.
  • Assist with onboarding as necessary.

Skill Requirements

  • Overall, excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Experience of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers.
  • Excellent knowledge of the games industry: projects, games developers and the latest news.
  • Confidence in speaking to anybody in the studio no matter their seniority or position.
  • Must be organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and anticipate business needs.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
  • Ability to manage strictly confidential information.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and handle pressure.
